Modern giving should still feel human.

Givebear brings in-person giving, online campaigns, events, and donor records together for the organizations that hold communities together.

The product principle that started Givebear

The problem we chose

Community giving became fragmented.

As everyday payments moved to cards and phones, many community organizations were left with cash boxes, paper forms, and donation tools that did not speak to one another. A donor could give at an event, online, and at a weekly service, yet appear as three different records.

Givebear was built to close that gap. A donor can tap at a kiosk, scan a QR code, open a campaign, or schedule a recurring gift. The organization sees one person, the correct fund, and a receipt that was already handled.

The technology matters, but it should stay in the background. Donors should feel that they are supporting a community they care about, not learning another payment platform.

How we make decisions

Three principles shape the product.

These are practical constraints, not wall art. They guide what we build, what we simplify, and what we leave under the organization's control.

1

Make the generous action easy

A donor should understand the next step immediately. Forms stay short, kiosks move quickly, and receipts require no follow-up.

2

Keep organizations in control

Funds settle to the organization's Stripe account, records remain exportable, and permissions reflect how the team actually works.

3

Build for real community rhythms

Jumuah, Sunday services, second collections, auction night, and membership dues need workflows that respect their differences.

What that becomes

One system around the whole gift.

Givebear connects the public moment of generosity with the operational work that follows it.

1

Portal, campaign, QR code, event, or kiosk

Trust you can verify

Accountability is part of the product.

Built for accountable giving

Givebear is built around a simple standard: your team should be able to see what happened to every gift and make a decision from the same records. Our published customer story is named and confirmed by the organization itself.

That standard is backed by concrete safeguards. Every kiosk carries a 365-day performance guarantee: If your kiosk does not collect more than its price in donations within 365 days, send it back for a full refund. Your donations settle in your organization's own Stripe account, never ours, and your records export any time you ask.

When you need help, you can reach the team that built the product. Clear pricing, direct support, and portable records are part of the product, not promises hidden behind a sales call.
