Plus is $29/month billed annually ($348/year) or $39/month month-to-month, and Growth is $39/month billed annually ($468/year) or $54/month month-to-month, with lower flat fees of 2.9% and 1.9%, more donor CRM contacts, and more monthly emails. Every plan includes the kiosk app, online giving pages, event ticketing, and donor CRM.

Two fees can apply to a donation. Stripe's card processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 online, 2.7% + $0.05 at a kiosk) is charged by Stripe and passed through at cost with no markup. Givebear's platform fee is a single flat rate per plan: 5.9% on Free, 2.9% on Plus, and 1.9% on Growth, the same rate online, at kiosks, and on memberships. The remainder is deposited directly into your organization's bank account through Stripe.

Yes. At checkout, donors can choose to add the transaction fee on top of their gift, so the intended donation amount can reach your organization. The option appears on both online giving pages and kiosks.

Membership dues carry the same flat platform fee as donations: 5.9% on Free, 2.9% on Plus, and 1.9% on Growth. One rate per plan covers online donations, kiosk donations, and memberships, so there is no separate membership schedule to track. Your organization sets its own membership tiers and pricing; the fee comes out of each payment collected.

No. Month-to-month plans have no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no cancellation fee. Annual plans are a twelve-month prepay you choose for the lower headline rate; they renew yearly and you can move back to monthly billing at renewal. Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time.

Kiosk hardware is a one-time purchase: $999 for the 21.5" wall-mount model and $1099 for the 21.5" stand model with a built-in 4-hour battery, with free standard shipping in the United States. There is no hardware lease or separate kiosk subscription. Units ship pre-configured with your organization already set up.

We recommend connecting the kiosk to your building's Wi-Fi or ethernet for the fastest experience. For off-site events and galas, cellular options are available, so a fundraising dinner at a rented venue can still take tap-to-pay donations.

No. The kiosk runs on dedicated Givebear hardware with an integrated payment terminal, which is what lets units ship pre-configured, stay locked to donation mode, and stay covered by our warranty and replacement policy. The kiosk software itself is included in every plan with no separate subscription.

Hardware support and warranty coverage are included for normal use. If a kiosk fails, our support team will troubleshoot it and arrange the applicable warranty remedy, which may include a replacement.

Yes. Every kiosk in your fleet is managed from one dashboard, so a mosque with two campuses or a charity placing kiosks at partner events can update screens, funds, and pricing remotely without touching each device.

You enter your organization's legal details and tax ID during setup, and Givebear uses those details and your configured tax status in automated email receipts. For US 501(c)(3) organizations, verified status enables the appropriate tax-deductible language.

Yes. After tapping to give, the donor can enter their email on the kiosk screen and Givebear sends an automated receipt. Donations are also recorded against the donor's profile in your CRM, so year-end giving statements include kiosk gifts alongside online ones.

Yes. You create named funds (for example Zakat, Sadaqah, Building Fund, Youth Ministry, or Missions) and they appear as buttons on the kiosk and on your online giving page. Each fund is tracked separately in the ledger, so restricted gifts stay cleanly separated for your treasurer and your accountant.

You can publish a giving page after creating an account and completing Stripe setup; the timing depends on Stripe verification and your organization details. Kiosks ship pre-configured, but still need power, a network connection, and a successful test donation before launch.

Yes. Export your donor records as a CSV from your current platform and import them into the Givebear CRM, including giving history and contact details. The team can help with field mapping during migration.

Yes. Donors can set up weekly or monthly recurring gifts from your giving page, and they can manage or cancel them from a self-service link without contacting your staff. Failed charges are retried automatically.

Yes. The web embed SDK adds a donation form or button to any site with one script tag, and a WordPress integration is documented for the most common setup. Your standalone Givebear giving page also works on its own if you prefer not to touch your site.
