Recurring giving questions

Can a donor start a recurring gift at the kiosk?
Yes. The kiosk lets a donor choose one-time or monthly giving, add a name and email for the receipt, and tap to finish. Monthly giving at the kiosk needs an internet connection; in offline mode the kiosk takes one-time gifts only.
What happens when a recurring donor's card expires?
My Givebear does not swap the saved card on an existing recurring gift today. The donor cancels the old gift and starts a new one on your donation page. The Recurring list in your dashboard helps you spot a lapsed sustainer and follow up.
Do recurring donors get receipts and year-end statements?
Yes. Every completed charge emails a PDF receipt with the amount, fund, date and a transaction id. Donors download annual statements, grouped by organization and year, from My Givebear, and staff can resend any receipt.
